Michael U Ntambwe, MBA

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & FOUNDER

MichaelUN is a chemical engineer from Texas Tech University where he did scientific research and publication. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Michael has a wide variety of experience as an engineer in different fields and also in management. Currently he works for the US government in Nevada where he manages projects valued at several million dollars. Michael has had to work in partnership with certain companies such as Tesla and US Ordonance which is a weapons manufacturing contractor in Nevada.

His goal as a member of the LSV Board of Directors is to bring to fruition a vision he has had since childhood. A vision that could only be whispered because it was so fragile. This vision materialized perfectly through LSV. Michael is a fine tactician with several human values, clairvoyance, rigor, loyalty etc. He knows how to achieve goals.

Laetitia N. Kime

Board Treasurer

Laetitia N. Kime has a degree in economics and management from the University of Lubumbashi. She has great expertise in the banking system due to her long career with certain American banks such as Madison Valley Bank. She also wears an entrepreneurial hat as the general manager of Cap Point. Laetitia uses her expertise to ensure the implementation of Les Anges s’envolent’s vision.

Kalah Rich

Board Secretary

Kalah Rich, a driven individual with a solid educational foundation. Her work as of today, is in sales and moving on to business management. Additionally, She has interests in fields like biomedical and agricultural engineering. In her professional journey, she has gained valuable experience and accomplishments in manufacturing and is now learning new skills in sales management. She has an unwavering commitment to serving the community and plans to do more.

Ms. Lerly Ndala has a degree in computer networking and telecommunications. She is a strategic and rigorous woman. She uses her skills to better support LSV.
